Don’t Stare at Me

I wheel on a wheelchair
And that’s only what you care
In my eyes but you don’t see
Which constantly says
DON’T STARE AT ME…

I walk with the help of white stick
The silent comment you pass
You don’t know how hard it pricks
My only crime is that I can’t seeOh,it  hurts hard
DON’T STARE AT ME…

I talk with the help of signs
I don’t hear to your spoken lines
I listen and speak the silence
But your curious eyes I can see
Oh please
DON’T STARE AT ME…

Don’t call me lame,I just can’t walk
I am not dumb, I just can’t talk
Why do you call me blind,I just can’t see
I am not different, I am just UNIQUE
We all have imperfections
Why can’t you feel??
The only difference is that
Yours may be hidden
But mine is seen…

Let me hold your hands
And take you to my world
Where you can see
Many stories untold
I feel the nature, that you can see
The sweetest melodies you hear
More sweeter are those  silence to me
I bet you “THE BRAILLE” you can’t read
The “SYMBOLS” I use
Oh forget,
That’s not your deal…

I hope I succeeded to change your mind
Now on wards, you won’t stare behind….
