What Really Matters?

Over Thinking! Nervousness! Concerns! Dreadful! Despondency!

They are now everyone’s best mate. There’s an adage that goes, “When we fear something, our condition becomes precisely that way.” And why does this happen in the first place? Have you ever considered it? This is our thinking that causes things to happen. And we mark it as “Practical thinking.” Practical reasoning is a paranoia that does not exist in this world. We, not our situations, are the ones that owe our worries the moniker of sensible thought.

Again, plenty of us emerge with the expression, “It was destined to happen.” Oh, please! Why would anyone ever sit there and compose our fate? It’s our thoughts and actions that create the wonderland. Instead of dwelling on the current situation, consider how you would expect the next day to go. Sitting and worrying about something will only lead to sadness and anxiety.

The way we want to live our lives, the degree we want to achieve, the money we want to earn, the person we want to spend the rest of our lives with; all of these which we want are already meant for us. The irony is, it will only come to us at the intended time and situation. So, what is the cause of our concern or anxiety? Be in the moment, love it, and prepare for a bright future.

Every day when you wake up, make sure you’re the better version of yourself, and every night when you go to bed, make sure you’re mentally fulfilled, no matter how physically exhausted you are. Instead of chasing and dodging things, concentrate on yourself. Work hard, be optimistic, and be self-assured. After all, that’s what matters to lead this beautiful life.

I absolutely agree to your point that every morning when we wake up, we need to be a better version of ourselves. This is possible only then when we will try, we will take a step further and we help ourselves. We need to be our own motivator and keep going with positive thoughts and positive actions.
