Happiness is a state of mind
We often misunderstand “Happiness” as a condition attached to any events or situations or person. In the mid of all the chaos we forget the emotions what it describes the most. Happiness is a state of mind what comes from within. It’s not about the place, individual, events, circumstance or anything artificial. It’s purely natural. It’s Only Us, ourselves.
Behavioral scientists have spent a lot of time surveying what brings us happy (and what doesn’t). We comprehend happiness can foresee health and longevity, and happiness hierarchies are frequently used to measure social progress. But happiness isn’t something that just happens to you, rather it is what you work on. When you start living each moment lively rather than spoiling the present thinking about past or future. Everyone can start with small changes in their behavior, surroundings and relationships which will help set them on track for a happier life. But until unless we realize that happiness completely lies in our hand, it will forever be elusive to us.
Many a times I have realized that our mind is the controller of our life. There are always two sides of a particular event. It is our perception how we look at it, how we react, how we think about it that determines our happiness or sadness.
I believe the calling of a heart is a very powerful force. If there is something one desires and longs for then, it will happen sooner or later.
“Let’s feed our mind to nourish our soul with kindness, love, care and happiness.”
