Dr. Ravi is a seasoned IT expert with a demonstrated track record spanning over two decades in delivering large-scale worldwide programs globally, including the US, Australia, New Zealand, Sweden, and India. He is an engineer at heart and a management executive by profession. He has a wealth of expertise in the insurance sector, having led high-achieving teams to quantifiable results. His experience has led to success in platform transformation, delivery management, and strategic partnerships. It includes IT services, consulting, and insurance product-led engagements. Dr. Ravi possesses expertise in project/program governance, operations, and insurance product center of excellence (CoE) management. He received his Ph.D. in Management from KIIT University for his doctoral research work on Knowledge Management in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). He received his MBA from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and a B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering from Central University, Chhattisgarh.
